Retail Return Policy
Williams Ski & Patio is committed to our customer’s satisfaction.
Any unused items may be returned to us for exchange or refund within thirty (30) days of receipt.
For items that we shipped as ordered, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please follow the steps below for faster exchange or refund and keep in mind it may take up to two weeks after receipt of product for your exchange or refund to be processed.
1. Include a copy of your receipt or invoice.
2. Include a name and contact information in case we need to reach you.
3. We can only accept return items that are in new and unused condition.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. Items must be returned with all of the original tags still attached.
6. Indicate your preference of refund or exchange. If exchanging, please let us know what size and/or color you would like.

We do not require a return authorization for products purchased via our website. In the event that we are unable to accept your return, we will make arrangements to send the product back to you.
Items that are returned after the thirty (30) day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be credited at the current selling price.
