Shipping Policy

Williams Ski & Patio currently ships smaller items that can be shipped Fed Ex Ground to all 48 contiguous states.

We currently do not ship to International addresses.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours on top of the Fed Ex Ground shipping time estimates to pick and pack your items from Williams Ski & Patio.

Orders are shipped during normal business hours, Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States lower 48 states

Shipping Charges

Orders $25.00-$199.99 shipping 10%          Orders $200.00-$999.99 shipping 5%             Orders $1000.00 & up FREE Shipping  

The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total amount of the order and will automatically compute on the Shopping Cart page.  

Oversized Items

Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items.  Generally, skis are oversized items and their shipping charges will reflect this.

Back Orders

Our store generally displays items we have in stock; so back orders should not occur very often.  If for some reason you happen to order something that is not in stock, we will contact you if we cannot get the item within one week of your order.
