Does Williams have multiple locations?
Not right now. We are a one store operation that has been family owned since 1875!
What is the size of Williams showroom?
We have a 25,000 sq. ft. showroom!
Does Williams display all In-Stock Items?
We have over 100 sets on display in our showroom. Many of these sets have additional options and are stocked in our onsite warehouse.
How do I sign up for promotional emails?

Does Williams price match?
We will match a price from any local authorized dealer. Don’t be fooled by dealer offering extra discounts. Some dealers make up their own suggested retail price only to show a greater discount. Look at the bottom line. Supply us written quote so we can make sure we are comparing apples to apples.
Does Williams work with your blueprints and measurements?
Yes. We can help design your outdoor room based on your dimensions and our blueprints. (Complimentary service)
Does Williams do layouts for you?
Yes. We have a layout tool that we can help design your space and send you PDF files of layout concepts. (Complimentary service)
Does Williams do home visits?
Yes. If you prefer we come to your home to help layout the space then we can arrange an in home visit with one of our experienced sales associates. A service charge may be required that can be applied to order.
Furniture Care & Maintenance
All of Williams patio cushions are designed for outdoor use. Most are solution dyed acrylics like Sunbrella® or Outdura® that resist fading and can withstand summer rains. We recommend turning them on their side when they get wet to allow for drainage and faster dry time. We also recommend covering them if you know it will rain and want to be using dry cushions right after the rain. All solution dyed acrylics like Sunbrella® or Outdura® fabrics can be cleaned with mild detergent and water. For stain specific cleaning you can consult www.Sunbrella.com or try using some 1 Cup bleach in a gallon water.
How do I clean my new furniture?
We recommend just spraying the furniture with a garden hose from time to time to help clean the dirt off.
How do I maintain my new furniture?
We recommend simply spraying the furniture with a garden hose from time to time. You can also cover the furniture if you leave town for an extended period of time. We encourage covering the furniture during the winter and storing cushions indoors.
Do I need covers?
Yes and No. All furniture is susceptible to natural wear and tear over time from Mother Nature. If you want to prolong the life of your furniture, covering it will certainly help the cause. If you own teak and are letting go to the silvery gray color, covering isn’t necessary. But even then covers do keep it cleaner over the winter months.
What should I store?
Storing your cushions in a dry place for the winter is highly recommended. Never store cushions in a plastic garbage bag. All furniture can be stored if you have the space and do not have covers. Ultimately this will just prolong the life of your furniture.

Why does Williams not show products and pricing online?
Certain manufacturers have requested that retailers do not display their selling price. Williams is committed to offering the best value to our customers, our prices are competitive and the manufacturer has requested that we not advertise the price on particular items. With certain manufactures the prices they allow to be show online or quote over the phone are higher than we sell it for. Stop in our store for the best prices. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please know that we will continue to look for ways to make your shopping experience easier - while continuing to offer you the best value possible on quality outdoor patio furniture and accessories.
In-Stock and Special Order
We have a large In-Stock selection that is available for pick up immediately or timely delivery. We also have the ability to special order from most of our manufacturers. This gives endless options for creating your outdoor room!
Does Williams have a clearance section?
Yes. We have a clearance deck on the 2nd floor of our showroom.

What does Williams delivery service include?
Our delivery service includes furniture un-boxing, prepping, assembly, blanket wrapped delivery, setup on your deck or patio all done by Williams Own Delivery Teams. Our experienced delivery Team knows the furniture well and treats it with care. We un-box your furniture at our warehouse so if any problems arise we can address them before the furniture reaches your home.
Where does Williams deliver?
We deliver to vacation homes! We deliver to homes, apartments, lake houses you name it! Our standard delivery area includes the Chicago metro area, Milwaukee and Lake Geneva. For further distances contact us!
Do I have to be home for my delivery?
Because most of our deliveries are outside you DO NOT have to be home if your order is paid in full and we have access to your patio. If you or someone needs to let us in, we do provide you with about an hour to an hour and one half time window.
Parts, Service & Warranty
Where is Williams Parts and Service located?
Williams Parts and Service is attached to our main building. You may enter through the Green Door next to our front loading dock. We have Williams Service Parking signs in front.
We offer replacement sling services. Talk to a Williams sales associate to identify the furniture, take measurements and order the slings. We then set up a re-sling service time when the slings arrive. You can bring in your furniture or local customers can have their furniture picked up and dropped off for a $100 fee.
Vinyl Re-Strapping Services
If you just need one strap replaced we do this here in the store. If you are looking to have all your furniture re-strapped we recommend GM Patio Furniture Restrapping. He may be reached at (847) 226-5296. He has access to all the colors and sizes of strap.
